At LEFREAKCESTCHICC, many of our garments are produced in small quantities or made specifically for each order. We therefore kindly ask you to carefully check our Size Guide before purchasing and, when providing personal measurements, to follow our How to Take Your Measurements guide.
If you have ordered a standard size and subsequently realise that you have selected the wrong size, you may request an exchange, subject to availability. In this case, all shipping costs related to the exchange are borne by the customer. LEFREAKCESTCHICC will not charge an additional fee for the replacement garment itself when exchanging the same product for another available standard size. The returned garment must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all original tags attached.
When a customer provides their own measurements, the customer is responsible for ensuring that those measurements are accurate. If the garment has been correctly produced according to the measurements provided but does not fit because the measurements supplied were incorrect, LEFREAKCESTCHICC cannot be held responsible for the fitting issue. Where an alteration is technically possible, we will be happy to assist. Any alteration costs and associated shipping costs will be communicated to the customer before proceeding and will be borne by the customer.
If measurements have been taken directly by LEFREAKCESTCHICC and the resulting garment does not correspond to those measurements due to an error on our part, LEFREAKCESTCHICC will take full responsibility for correcting the issue at no additional cost to the customer.

LEFREAKCESTCHICC will cover the necessary return shipping, alteration or replacement, and the shipment of the corrected or replacement garment back to you. You will not be charged for correcting an error attributable to LEFREAKCESTCHICC.
Custom-tailored garments are produced specifically according to the measurements provided by the customer. Before placing the order, customers are therefore required to carefully check their measurements and follow our measurement guide. Where the garment has been correctly produced according to the measurements supplied by the customer, incorrect measurements or fitting preferences will not be considered a production defect. Clearly personalised or made-to-measure products are subject to the applicable exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided by consumer law.
For standard, non-personalised pieces you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. To return a piece, write to office@lefreakcestchicc.it with your order reference and the pieces you are sending back; the house replies with the return address. Send them within 14 days of writing, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. The refund is made within 14 days of the piece reaching the house, or of proof that you sent it, to the card you paid with. Where the reason is not attributable to LEFREAKCESTCHICC, the direct cost of the return is yours. The full terms and the model withdrawal form are on the Terms page.
TermsA piece made to order is cut for you after you order it: allow the time shown on the piece, two weeks unless it says otherwise, from order to delivery. A piece that is ready to send leaves the atelier within 2 to 3 working days.
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched via Express Shipping. Delivery within Italy usually takes approximately 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and delivery times are estimates that may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout according to the delivery destination, and the applicable Express Shipping rate is displayed before payment is completed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are charged by the destination country and paid by you to the courier on delivery.
